memrequire2010Your gift to United Way of Henderson County (UWHC) will benefit more than just one person or one charity—it will help to change community conditions and create lasting results. UWHC invests your dollars in finding solutions to the health and human service issues that most affect Henderson County.

UWHC works side-by-side with government, businesses and other community stakeholders to help solve Henderson County’s most pressing issues. UWHC is the catalyst for community change by providing a neutral table, around which diverse groups can partner, collaborate and produce measurable results.

The strength of UWHC begins with its volunteers who provide professional expertise, experience, and knowledge to help UWHC make sure your contributions are invested well. Your gifts are allocated to programs addressing high priority needs. The outcomes (results) achieved by those programs are reviewed and monitored for effectiveness, guaranteeing that you receive a positive return on your investment.
