Caroline was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Finance in May of 2020.  Faced with graduating during a global pandemic, she took the opportunity to connect with nature and found a job in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. For the next 3.5 years she worked in the Tetons in the summers and at Alta Ski Resort in Utah during the winters.  She moved to Asheville in October of 2023 and has fallen in love with Western North Carolina and the people who call it home. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, skiing, surfing, reading, creek stomping with her friends, and camping.

After experiencing the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene firsthand,  she is grateful for the opportunity be part of a long-term recovery group dedicated to connecting the people of Henderson County to essential resources, creating resilient community relationships, and developing procedures so that we are prepared to face future challenges.
