HC30 is United Way of Henderson County's

plan for improving our community by 2030

We are grateful to have had our finger on the pulse of our community's greatest needs since 1953, and we remain committed to investing in equitable, collaborative solutions to critical community needs to improve lives of Henderson County residents.

HC30 is our five-year strategic planning process to define the UWHC target issue areas for community impact through 2030. To date in the HC30 process, UWHC has reviewed local data and held discussion and input sessions with representatives from more than 40 organizations including local nonprofits, food pantries, faith leaders, and community and civic leaders.
